Finding a show pig should not require chasing scattered posts, waiting on an auction clock or guessing whether an animal is still available. HogMatch brings individual pigs, useful facts and direct breeder questions into one focused marketplace.
The problem
If you have five head and a sale company, you have options. If you have one outstanding gilt, you have a Facebook post and a lot of messages asking whether she is still available. Managed sales take volume. A general classified post gives a buyer no way to filter by breed, sex, weight or age, and no approved breeder behind it.
What we built
A marketplace narrow enough to be useful. Only show pigs. Filters that match how buyers actually decide, which today means breed, sex, price and state. Approved breeders only, so a listing means something. One animal per listing, priced clearly.
What we are not
We are not trying to be the biggest livestock site. We are not adding cattle, equipment and services because they would fill a page. Doing one thing properly for show pig people is the whole plan.
HogMatch does not own, house, inspect, transport or provide veterinary care for the animals listed. Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming the animal, the sale terms, pickup, transportation and all required health and movement documents.
